Description

The Fleet Logistics Center Contracting Department, Groton, CT office intends to award a sole source purchase order to IHS Global, Inc for Haystack Gold software subscription service for Naval Submarine Support Center, Groton, CT. The purchase will be done under FAR Part 8.4 Federal Supply Schedules as part of this buy the following open market items will be included in the buy. CAPS Universe/Add Fasteners Content, Haystack APL/AEL/Add-ons, SAE INTL DoD Adopted, IES Support Svcs “ On Site Education including document support, Custom Collection #171594 these items will be evaluated utilizing FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 30 Aug 16. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
