- SF1449 Brand Name or Equal Required Characteristics Orders by Office with Delivery Addresses Competitive Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. DOL-BLS-16-Q-00055. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. The North American Industry Classification System code is 339950 with a 500 employee size standard. The Bureau of Labor Statistics requires new inflatable exhibit booths in a 8'x8' model and a tabletop model (Skyline Windscape product line) as listed on the attached documents. This RFQ is being issued as a brand name or equal, with equal being defined by the required characteristics in the attached documents. Evaluation is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Quotes should be firm fixed price and include all charges for delivery. FAR PROVISIONS: see attached document for FAR provisions All responses must be received no later than 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, 8/1/16 via e-mail to auser.jeff@bls.gov.
