Please indicate all OPEN MARKET items you are quoting. Please provide DUNS#, Cage Code, TAX ID, GSA Schedule #, and LEAD TIME. As this is a Department of Defense purchase request, all offered products must comply with the Buy American Act (FAR Section 25.1 and 25.2) All line items will accept an OR EQUAL item. Solicitation F7H1ST6164AW26 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This procurement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis under NAICS code423850 and Small Business size standard is 500. Purchase and delivery of the following items no later than 30 Days ADC FOB Destination: Line Item #1: STS - Tactical Low Signature ALS Holster, part number 6378USN-283 for Glock Safariland QTY 50 Item Detail: MODEL: 6378USN SKU: 1159066 PART: 6378USN-283-701 The Model 6378USN is a concealment version of the all new Automatic Locking System (ALS®) series holster. Once the weapon is holstered, it locks into place, providing an extra measure of security from the standard open top holsters. A simple straight draw is possible once the ALS® is deactivated by your thumb while obtaining shooting grip. IDPA approved. The Model 6378USN features an all new injection molded paddle design that is highly concealable and rides close to the body with a slightly forward weapon cant. Additionally it features suede lining to help protect the gun's sights and finish. Its SafariLaminate TM structure with wraparound design provides the strongest design combination. Line Item #2: STS - ALS Belt attachment for holster QTY 50 Item Detail: •§ The ALS is a unique new design that locks into the ejection port and is operated by the thumb once the SLS is released. •§ The SLS rotating hood has been tested and proven for many years on the 6280 and 6004 series of holsters. Simply push down and rotate forward as you obtain your shooting grip. To close, pull back on the hood and the SLS self locks. No snaps or straps to manipulate. •§ The Hood Guard helps protect the SLS from impact and premature release especially in an attempted takeaway. Included with all duty and tactical versions. •§ Constructed of SAFARILAMINATE TM, a thermal molded holster to help protect the handgun and vital components for years of use. •§ Injection molded jacket slot UNIVERSAL BELT LOOP (UBL) is very strong and comfortable. Available in standard belt ride and 1.5" drop version for 2" or 2.25" belt slots. Line Item #3: STS--. Model 032 ELS Competition Belt 1.75" QTY 50 Item Detail: MODEL: 032 SKU: PART: The Model 032 ELS Competition Belt is made for use with the Safariland® Equipment Locking System (ELS) forks and plates. It features two rows of pre-cut holes running the full length of the belt. ELS 35 Receiver Plates can then be attached in various locations or angles on the belt. Hook-lined to attach to Model 030 underbelt. Line Item #4: STS-- Model 030 ELS Competition QTY 50 Item Detail: MODEL: 030 SKU: PART: The Model 030 is a Cordura® nylon underbelt for the Model 032 ELS belt. This belt is worn in regular pant belt loops with the hook and loop exposed. Attach either of the outer belts for competition use. 1.5" (38mm) belt width. Line Item #5: STS- Model 771 open front single magazine pouch QTY 60 Item Detail: MODEL: 771 SKU: PART: The Model 771 Open Front Magazine Pouch features two tensioning screws on the back side of the holder that allow adjustment on the middle and end of the magazine. Its open front design keeps the index finger from touching the holder during reload, assuring the fastest reload possible. The 771 is adjustable to any angle within a 90° range and the belt loop can also be ordered separately in three sizes:1.5 in. (38 mm), 1.75 in. (45 mm), and 2.25 in. (58 mm). Line Item #6: STS- Quick locking system kit QTY 40 Item Detail: MODEL: Quick Kit SKU: PART: The QUICK-Kit1 includes one each of the QLS 19 Locking Fork and QLS 22 Receiver Plate components. Constructed of injection molded nylon, the receiver plate can be attached at different angles according to user preference. The QLS (Quick Locking System) allows for quick transfer of gear between attachment points such as a belt loop, tactical leg shroud or other stable platform. The QLS fork and plate combination passes the Level I Retention TM pull test. It features a Clip-On belt attachment that fits from 1.5 in. (38 mm) to 2.25 in. (58 mm) belt widths. The 774 is ambidextrous and is adjustable to carry angle on the belt.
