RFP: VA786-16-R-0298 Project Location: FORT HARRISON NATIONAL CEMETERY, RICHMOND, VA Service: JANITORIAL SERVICES DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, transportation, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to perform Janitorial Services at the Ft. Harrison National Cemetery, 8620 Varina Road, Richmond, VA 23231. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with specifications, schedules, terms and conditions of the contract. The contract term shall be for one (1) Base Year and four (4) one year renewal options, if exercised. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with specifications, schedules, terms and conditions of the contract. SITE VISIT: Offerors or quotes are urged and expected to inspect all sites where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
