- SF18 - Request for Quotation - N00178-16-T-0164 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-16-T-0164 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not set-aside for small business. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a brand name mandatory basis for products manufactured by Stratasys, Inc., a quantity (qty) of one (1) Objet30 Prime 3D Printer- with 12 Month Warranty and start-up kit with Part Number: OBJ-34033, a qty of four (4) Objet - Pack of 2 SUPPORT, FullCure 705 with Part Number: OBJ-04020, a qty of three (3) Objet - Pack of 2 VeroWhite Plus Fullcure 835 with Part Number: OBJ-04054, a qty of one (1) Objet - Pack of 2 FullCure 810, VeroClear with Part Number: OBJ-04055, a qty of one (1) Pack of 2 Model Cleaning Fluid, 1.0Kg, 1.0Kg (Alaris, Objet24, Objet30) with Part Number: OBJ-04018, a qty of one (1) Pack of 2 Support Cleaning Fluid, 1.0Kg (Alaris, Objet24, Objet30) with Part Number: OBJ-04016 and one Printer Implementation (TMC003) in accordance with the attached SF18. Stratasys Inc.'s products are currently already in use at NSWCDD and acquiring these additional items will expand the capabilities of the laboratory and staff utilizing the items from this manufacturer. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 2 August 2016, no later than 3:00 p.m. CDT with an anticipated award date by 29 August 2016.
