SPECIFICATIONS M5064 PLANS_Part 4 of 4 IFB NNM16590939E, July 21, 2016 DISCLAIMER NOTE PLANS_Part 2 of 4 PLANS_Part 3 of 4 Special Printing Instructions PLANS_Part 1 of 4 The work to be performed under this project consists of providing the labor, equipment, and materials to perform the renovation of the offices, laboratories, and high bay areas HVAC systems in building 4619 at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. This work shall include changing the heating source for the building from steam to natural gas. The existing steam to hot water converters will be demolished and replaced with natural gas boilers. The revitalization will also replace the existing piping and ductwork to the air handling units. The work performed under this project will primarily be mechanical work with supporting electrical, structural, and civil work as needed for the installation of new mechanical equipment.
