- Description
- The Afghanistan Air Force has a Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) requirement for 27 Armed MD 530F aircraft and two Flight Training Devices (FTDs) under a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP) competitive contract. This requirement includes field and sustainment level aircraft maintenance, Dari interpreters, the capability toconduct split operations by forward deployment of contractor maintainers to any of four Coalition bases in Afghanistan, aircraft maintenancetraining, logistics and supply support, and repair of repairables covering one six month base, and two option years. This contract action will bridge AAF Armed MD 530F CLS until the World Wide Logistic Support Service - Contractor Logistics Support contract can be awarded.
