- Amendment 3 RFQ Band Sound, 21 July 2016. Amendment #3 Coversheet for Band Sound, 21 July 2016. See Amendment #3, dated 21 July 2016. Details listed on RFQ and SOW Amendment 1, dated 22 June 2016. This requirement is for the purchase and installation of band sound components and lighting infrastructure for the Gateway Chapel, located at Lackland (Air Force Base) AFB. The existing band sound equipment no longer adequately supports the chapel services mission and requires a complete upgrade from analog to digital. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, materials programming, installation (to include electrical hookups as required) and users training.
