Description

Justification and Approval THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground, Huchuca Division intends to execute Federal Acquistion Regulation (FAR) Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, to Gstek, Inc., 911 Cedar Road, Chesapeake, Virginia 23322-7001. This notice of intent is set forth in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B). This action is required to ensure there is no break in the existing services provided. Due to a delay in receipt of required documents necessary to re-compete this requirement, it is in the Government's best interest to extend the exisiting contract utilizing 52.217-8. An approved J&A is required and is attached to this notice. This notice is for informational purposes only and no solicitation document will be available.
