- This is a SSC Pacific Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Competitive quotes are being requested under N66001-16-T-763 for Brand Name-Varidesk Pro Plus 36 inch Dual Monitor Standing Desks. The requirement is set-aside for small business and will result in a firm fixed priced purchase order. The applicable NAICS is 337214. The size standard is 1000 persons Basis for award: The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order and it will be based on the lowest technically acceptable quote. This RFQ closes on July 26, 2016 at 10:00 am, Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). CLIN 0001: (Brand-name only) Varidesk ProPlus 36 inch Dual Monitor Standing Desks in black. Part # 49900 Manufacturer: Varidesk Quantity: 28 Salient Characteristics Adjustable height desktop. The keyboard deck height shall lift with the display-black adjustable to no less than 11 different heights-holds a minimum weight of 35lbs. Keyboard deck lifts with the display surface-work surface size: 36"x29.75" (Keyboard tray and desk)- extension height: 17.5" (Desktop) & 14" (Keyboard)-Product dimension (flat): 4.5(H) x 36(W) x 29.75(D) Inches- Product extended dimension: 17.625(H) x 36 (W) x 41.75 (D) inches- switches from sitting to standing position in 3 seconds- shall be able to extend 15" for the desktop and 13" for the keyboard deck-desk lift handles shall be on both the right and left sides-lifting of desk shall be mechanically assisted-product weight between 50lbs-55lbs.
