- Description
- The Nebraska National Forests and Grasslands; Wall Ranger District and National Grasslands Visitor Center, located at 708 Main Street and 710 Main Street, Wall, SD 57790 is looking for a small business Contractor to provide Janitorial Services. This is a performance based service contract. Contractor will furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies and incidentals necessary to clean the offices. The offices consists of approximately 8500 square feet of floor area. Approximately 7500 square feet are carpeted and approximately 1000 square feet are tile or linoleum. Service will run from September 1, 2016 through August 31, 2017 with a possibility of two option years. A pre-quote meeting will be held on July 28, 2016 at 9 am, MST at the office listed above. This procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet Agency or relevant industry performance standards and are reasonably priced. Where available, these products should first be acquired from among qualified products that fall under the umbrella of items designated through the Federal Biobased Products Preferred Procurement Program. This requirement is 100 percent set aside for a small business concern. NAICS Code 561720, $18 Million. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. The Solicitation will be posted in be posted within the next couple of days to www.fbo.gov with a close date of August 5, 2016.
