- SOW revised 07/21/2016 The USDA, ARS Daniel K. Inouye Pacific Basin Agricultural Research Center in Hilo, HI is seeking construction services to provide labor and material to supply and install approximately 1500 linear feet of PVC Chain Link fencing to include (3) service gates all in accordance to the written Scope of Work. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is set aside for small business only. The solicitation document, scope of work, provisions and clauses, and construction wage determinations will be attached to this pre-solicitation posting within the next 24 hours. A site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 9am onsite. Attendance is highly recommended and is a part of the evaluation criteria for award. Update 07/21/2016 @ 3:45pm- A revised SOW has been uploaded to this solicitation.
