Description

W911XK-16-R-0024 Salient Features This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This equipment shall be used in close areas and a quarry like environment, therefore the contractor must allow for equipment to be returned with minor damage that does not affect the equipment's functionality. The Government will not be responsible for repairing items such as, but not limited to, minor cosmetic dings and scratches, surface slices on tires, paint, and basic exterior and interior cleaning of the equipment. Additionally, the Government will not be responsible for the replacement of worn parts associated with the listed use of the equipment, such as, but not limited to, hydraulic hoses and components, seals, tires, buckets, teeth, blades, and pins.
