- FAR 52.212-3 Reps and Certs (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Request For Quotation (RFQ) number: SP0600-16-Q-0430. (iii) This RFQ solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular. (iv) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511120 with a small business standard of 500 employees. This requirement is a total (100%) small business set a side and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. (v) All quotes shall be in accordance with FAR 52.247-34, FOB Destination: Item Description: Line Item Item Description Qty Unit Price Amount (in dollars) 0001 Oil Daily (1 user) 52 0002 Petroleum Intelligence Weekly (1 user) 52 0003 Jet Fuel Intelligence (1 user) 52 0004 Oil Market Intelligence (1 user) 12 TOTAL (vi) Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)-Energy is seeking a RFQ for the purchase of Oil Daily, Petroleum Intelligence Weekly, Jet fuel Intelligence Weekly, and Oil Market Intelligence for one user, that provides personnel resources, information and ability to execute contracts on behalf of the United States. (vii) The Period of Performance is from 8/30/2016 thru 8/29/2017; delivered via electronic means to Defense Logistics Agency – Energy. Offorers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before award can be made to them.
