252.209-7991 Solicitation W81XWH-16-T-0336 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81XWH-16-T-0336. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78 are incorporated. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
