- Request for Quotation Official Question Form 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a brand name commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4661-16-Q-0085. 2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89 effective 14 Jul 2016, DFAR DPN 20160630 effective 30 Jun 2016, and AFFARS AFAC 2016-0603 effective 03 Jun 2016. 3. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 334511. A Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 1,250 employees. 4. Set-aside: 100% Small Business Set-Aside 5. Delivery/install shall be F.O.B. Destination to: 7 CES/CEIAR 734 Third Street, Bldg 7007 DYESS AFB, TX 79607 6. Delivery Date: NLT 30 days ADC 7. All questions pertaining to this requirement must be submitted on the question form (see attachment) and received no later than 25 July 2016, 2:00 P.M. (CST). Answers will be posted no later than 26 July 2016, 2:00 P.M. (CST). 8. Deadline for receipt of offers: 27 July 2016, 2:00 P.M (CST). 9. Funds are presently available for this contract. 10.
