Description

Solicitation No. EDEMCM16Q0002 Solicitation No. EDEMCM16Q0002 Synopsis The U.S. Department of Education (Department), Office of Management (OM) requires the services of a contractor to provide parking for eighty-four (84) regular, non-stacked spaces and one (1) handicapped non-stacked space within two (2) blocks of 1010 Walnut Street, Kansas City, Missouri, for the Office of Communication and Outreach (OCO), Office for Civil Rights (OCR), Office of Inspector General (OIG) and Federal Student Aid (FSA) employees who work in the building. The requirement totals to eighty-five (85) parking spaces. This requirement is for a Firm Fixed-Price Performance Based Acquisition (PBA) for a 12-month base year and four 12-month option years. The following documents are attached to the solicitation: Attachment A - Statement of Work Attachment B - Instruction to Offerors and Evaluation Criteria Attachment C - Synopsis Clarification questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted electronically via email NO LATER THAN July 25, 2016, 2:00 PM, EST to Alan Elder, alan.elder@ed.gov, and Desandre Woodard, desandre.woodard@ed.gov.
