CHIS004 Exhibit F Insurance Requirements (Updated) CHIS004 Exhibit C Land Assignment (Updated) CHIS004 Exhibit A Operating Plan (Updated) CHIS004 Proposal Package (Updated) Amendment No. 1 and responses to questions The National Park Service (NPS or Service) has issued Amendment No. 1 to the solicitation of CHIS004-17, seeking proposals for a new business opportunity to operate guided sea kayak tours in the Scorpion Area of Santa Cruz Island within Channel Islands National Park. Amendment No. 1 provides the questions recieved by the due date and the NPS respsonses to those questions. This amendment also provides updates to specific documents within the Prospectus. The Prospectus is available online at https://concessions.nps.gov/prospectuses.htm. If you choose to retrieve a copy of the Prospectus from the NPS website, please notify Chris Fryday at chris_fryday@nps.gov so you are placed on the mailing list to receive notifications of any future modifications or other correspondence. Proposals must be received by the National Park Service, Pacific West Region, Attn: Commercial Services Office, 333 Bush Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, California 94104 no later than 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) on August 23, 2016.
