- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. L16PS00885 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 423310, Lumber, Plywood, Millwork, and Wood Panel Merchant Wholesalers (size standard of 150 employees). The BLM Albuquerque District Office through the BLM New Mexico State Office has a requirement for composite lumber. All materials shall be delivered to the Bureau of Land Management ware yard located at 1800 12th Street NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable to meet or exceed the attached specifications for composite lumber sought. Offers must be submitted via company letter head, referencing this RFQ to the Contracting Officer no later than August 3, 2016 at 4:30PM MST. Perspective bidders shall furnish a 1" x 4" sample of bid item numbers 1 and 3 listed on attached bid schedule in order to be considered for award.
