GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Oklahoma City: Weatherford Delineated Area: City of Weatherford Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,800 (3,000 Office + 1,800 Warehouse) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,800 (3,000 Office + 1,800 Warehouse) Space Type: Office, Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Surface): 4 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): N/A Full Term: 120 Months Firm Term: 60 Months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: IT server room, outdoor, secured/fenced area, climate controlled storage for GOV/ATV, etc Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of interest must include name, address, and telephone number of the individual to be contacted, and evidence of authority to represent the owner. Also include the following: •· Building name and address and location of the available space within the building •· Rentable Square Feet (RSF) available and expected rental rate per RSF, fully serviced •· ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any •· Date of space availability •· Building ownership information •· Amount of parking available on-site and its cost.
