- Description
- The purpose of amendment 0001 is to provide the following question and answer: Q1. What is specifically meant by loop rate? R1. Loop rate is the inverse of the time to execute the controller from the analog input to the analog output. This includes all latencies associated with the A/D, access to memory registers, FPGA or processor, and D/A. A simple PID controller should be tested on the hardwar to verify the maximum loop rate.
