Description

Priority 03 urgent; CADD Solis IVP Pumps Special Notice under Solicitation: W81K02-16-T-0180 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific, Health Contracting Cell, Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Lacey WA intends to issue a sole source award to Smith's Medical, ASD in the amount of: $59,100.00 to purchase CADD Solis ® IVP patient portable chemotherapy Pharmaceutical Medication Pumps and accessories for Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma WA to be utilized in patient Oncology Treatments. These pumps are proprietary by manufacturer email stating: CADD Solis ® IVP rights are proprietary to Smith's Medical, ASD and the OEM, sole distributor of this product. This notice is NOT a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies, services or equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent Walter Bischoff, email: Walter.j.Bischoff.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
