Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Reliable Staffing for the following services: Mobile Magnetic Imaging (MRI) services with qualified MRI Technician, August 1, 2016 - September 30, 2016, for patients at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPSHCS) in King County, Washington State. NAICS 621512 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide Mobile Magnetic Imaging (MRI) services with qualified MRI Technician for patients located at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPSHCS) in King County, Washington State. Responses must be received no later than 7:00 pm (EST) on July 29, 2016. All responses must be e-mailed to robert.hall13@va.gov.
