Description

This is an amendment to solicitation number VA262-16-Q-0769 to address questions concerning wording in the PWS and evaluation pricing. Once your company and your workers have been deemed fully certified and qualified to perform the duties necessary to fulfill the responsibilities within this contract, no further training is necessary. No additional qualifications are required. The training mentioned in section 3.8 of the PWS refers to training that may be required for personnel that conduct pickups/drop-offs at VA facilities, namely contractor project managers their alternates ONLY. This training, should it be required, is solely for the familiarization of VA facilities and procedures. FAR 52.219-14 was mistakenly left out of the original solicitation and is now included. The solicitation will be evaluated on the pricing per clean (unsoiled) pound of the item being cleaned. An excel document for Appendix A has been included with this amendment. Lastly, the deadline for receipt of contractor proposals has been extended one day. The new deadline is now July 21, 2016 at 3:00pm PST. All other conditions remain the same.
