Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO 20, Veteran Affairs Puget Sound Healthcare System in accordance with FAR Part 8.405-6, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Aesynt Incorporated for the following services: to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision as required for providing a new version of proprietary software that is currently in-use at the Veteran Affairs Puget Sound Healthcare System. This will be an upgrade of several servers and PCs and their operating systems from XP (no longer supported) to a newer version of Microsoft operating system. The notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide this service. Responses must be received no later than 2:00 PM PDT on 15 July 2016. All responses must be emailed to crystal.parris@va.gov
