- Statement of Work dated 6 Jun 16 Solicitation SF 1449 Columbus Air Force Base (AFB) has a need for non-personal service to provide Catholic Religious Education Coordinator for Columbus AFB Chapel in accordance with the attached solicitation number FA3022-16-R-0011 and attached Statement of Work dated 6 Jun 16. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 813110, and the small business size standard is $7.5 million. The required Period of Performance is: 15 Sep 16 to 14 Sep 17. The contract will include (3) three option year periods. As stated in FAR 52.212-2, the award will be based on the best value to the Government in terms of price, and technical acceptability.. A proposal will be considered technically acceptable as long as it meets the requirements specified in the attached Statement of Work dated 6 Jun 16.
