- This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Anticipated award date: 5 days after close of solicitation. Quotes are to be received no later than 2:30pm on 15 August 2016. Email quotations (preferred) will be accepted to crystal.d.life@fletc.dhs.gov. Wage determination: General Decision Number: GA 160172 dated 01/08/2016. Scope of Work: Perform all work in accordance with contract drawings, specifications, and contract provisions. Provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision required to accomplish the following work: Remove and replace carpeting and clean ducts. Performance period: Work is expected to commence NLT 60 days after Notice to Proceed is made, this time is allotted to ensure proper access to the FLETC. Site visit is scheduled for 25 July, 2016 at 10:00am. Contractors should contact the contracting officer via email to be added to the visitors list for access. Contractors will meet at Bldg 1 and be picked up by Government van. Vendors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) prior to close of this solicitation. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The contractors SAM registration must in in an "ACTIVE" status prior to award. Also, the listed NAICS code must be listed on their SAM registration to perform this type of service.
