- This RFP is for Contractors who hold a MATOC with the Corps of Engineers, Louisville, contracts W912QR-15-D-0019 thru W912QR-15-D-0023. Reference is made to your Indefinite Delivery Contracts, Numbers W912QR-15-D-0019 thru W912QR- 15-D-0023, Multiple Award Task Order Contracts for HUBZone MATOC (Operations) Set-Aside awarded. We request you submit a price proposal for Kentucky Peninsula Scour Repair at Kentucky Peninsula - Evansville, IN, as detailed in the scope of work, drawings, and specifications posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. The documents are available for download on the FBO website only. All vendors must be registered in the SAM database and in FBO. The FBO website is www.fbo.gov. The RFP can be found by logging into the website as a vendor and searching on the solicitation number (W912QR-61486530). The cost range is between $250,000 - $500,000. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES ONLY. The basis for award of this task order is lowest evaluated price (base plus all options). Please submit a price breakdown in sufficient detail for Government review and analysis, including all direct and indirect costs. Self-performed work shall be presented in material, labor and equipment format along with associated unit pricing and hourly rates (labor/equipment). Subcontractor quotes shall be clearly identified along with the feature of work for which they are responsible. All markups, including overhead and profit/fee, shall be separately identified. All significant assumptions shall be annotated. Proposals submitted in response to this RFP shall be good for no less than 90 days. Proposals are due no later than Tuesday, 26 July 2016 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Submit your proposal by email to chase.t.willson@usace.army.mil. Proposals not received by the stated date/time will not be considered. Please acknowledge receipt of this RFP by signing below in the space provided and returning to Chase Willson via email. Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for this project. The Notice to Proceed will be issued after receipt and approval of the bonds. All questions regarding this Request for Proposal (RFP) must be submitted via ProjNet. The website to access this system is www.projnet.org and the bidder inquiry key for this specific project is: GH3Z76- JNQ9Z7. Government responses will be limited to: (a) Notice that an amendment will be issued; (b) Reference to an existing requirement contained in the solicitation; or (c) Notice that a response is not necessary. The ability to enter technical inquiries and questions relating to proposal procedures or bonds will be disabled five (5) days prior to the proposal due date. No Government responses will be entered into the ProjNet system within two (2) days prior to the proposal due date stated in this letter.
