- ******THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED********** The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS) is responsible for the delivery of health services to American Indians in portions of the States of AZ, NM, Utah (a region known as the 4 corners Area of the US.) The Agency mission is primarily responsible for healthcare to members of the Navajo Nation and Southern Band of San Juan Paiutes, but care to other Native Americans (Zuni, Hopi) is also provided. The Navajo Nation is the largest Indian tribe in the United States and has the largest reservation, which encompasses more than 25,000 square miles in Northeast Arizona, Northwest New Mexico, Southern Utah and Colorado, with three satellite locations in central New Mexico. This is a pre-solicitation notice that Gallup Indian Medical Center, Gallup, New Mexico operating under the Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS) plans to issue a solicitation requesting proposals for a Contractor to provide all necessary equipment, supplies, personnel, labor and travel for the successful removal of the old Radiographic Imaging system, demolition, renovation and installation of a new Digital Radiographic Imaging Systems for Room #1 & Room #3 of the Radiology Department. Acquisition will be administered in accordance with FAR 8.4 - Federal Supply Schedule and FAR 12 - Commercial Item procedures. This is a Firm-Fixed price contract. The NAICS code is 334510, 1250 employees. Place of Performance: Gallup Indian Medical Center, 516 E. Nizhoni Blvd. Gallup, New Mexico. Period of performance shall be from Date of Award through December 31, 2016. A site visit is to be determined. If a site visit is to be made available to Contractors, details will be included in solicitation. Gallup Indian Medical Center will issue Solicitation #16-245-SOL-00005 requesting for proposals on GSA Advantage, E-BUY website tentatively on June 27, 2016. ALL INTERESTED CONTRACTORS are required to ADD their names and email address in the INTERESTED VENDORS Tab on the top right.
