Description

1. Automatic Freezing Point Analyzers must conform to ASTM D7153 - Standard Test Method for Determination for Freezing Point of Aviation Fuels (Automatic Laser Method). 2 Two Automatic Freezing Point Analyzers instrument shall have the capability of/include: a. Automatic determination of freezing point IAW ASTM D7153. b. A built-in cooling system c. Optical detection system d. Cools rapidly to -100 DEG C within minutes. e. Automatic calibration for temperature measurement. f. On-screen viewing of test status and results g. Self -cleaning. h. Operate on a 100-240V, 150W, 50-60Hz. Requires no other external hook ups such as air and water i. Compact unit, requires only a limited amount of bench space. e.g. 10 in X 25 in. j. Multiple units can be connected together and controlled through a PC. k. Accurate and reproducible freeze points determinations. l. PC and monitor system Total cost must include handling, shipping and onsite set-up. On site training on the use and maintenance of the instruments. The contractor shall provide a comprehensive one-year parts and labor warranty that includes technical assistance by phone. The contractor must have on staff qualified, trained technicians to service these units. Questions will not be taken after 12 p.m. on 21 July 2016.
