Solicitation VA786-16-R-0271 Project Location: ANNAPOLIS NATIONAL CEMETERY (802) Project Title: Renovate Maintenance Building and Sitework Project Control #: 802-NRM16-17 Statement of Work Summary: Contractor shall furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, services, and professional design services to perform work described below, in other specification sections, and on the drawings at Annapolis National Cemetery at 800 West Street, Annapolis, MD 21401. Pre-Bid Site Visit: Bidders are strongly urged to inspect, site investigate by observation, and Request for Information (RFI) and responses through the Contracting Office to satisfy their understanding of the work to be done, all general, local and technical conditions that may affect the cost and the feasibility of their proposal. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award. The Contractor shall complete all work within 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice of Award, subject to all terms, conditions, provisions and schedules of the contract This acquisition is for a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 is applicable. An electronic solicitation VA786-16-R-0271 is available for download from www.FedBizOpps.gov on July 08, 2016 as a separate attachment. Please reference Solicitation Number RFP VA786-16-R-0271 on remittances. Two (2) additional separate attachments are also included.
