- Solid Waste Collection & Recycling St Croix National Scenic Riverway, Saint Croix Falls WI 1)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number P16PS00859. 2)The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88, effective June 15, 2016. 3)This procurement is NOT a Small Business set-aside and is open to all responsible Business sources.
