- RFQ ABL-16210 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services in which the government intends to acquire in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), AFSC. The Alaska Fisheries Science Center (AFSC) has a requirement for non-personal services for Stable isotope analysis of primary productivity samples (13C and 15N enriched seawater samples filtered onto GF/F filters) to estimate carbon and nitrogen uptake, and analysis of un-enriched sample filters to estimate baseline particulate 13C and 15N. Period of Performance: base award is date of Award through March 31, 2017, with three option years, per the attached specifications in request for quotes (RFQ) ABL-16210 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. See attached RFQ with included Statement of Need for more information. All interested concerns must submit a quotation and documentation demonstrating the qualifications to provide services as described above within fifteen (15) days of the publication date of this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation has been issued. A firm-fixed order is anticipated to be issued by near the end of July 2016. All responses must be in writing and delivered to fax number (907)789-6094 attention to Suzanne Johnston, emailed to suzanne.johsnton@noaa.gov, or provided to the address indicated in the solicitation. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $150,000.00. *** All contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM).
