Description

Single award contract for Defense Logistics Agency Document Services. Expandable Easy Lock Binders, Black, with Triple Action Lock Bar Mechanism, with typematter silk screened on outside front and back panels, spine and insides front panel in one color ink, PMS 873 gold. Binders to hold standard three hold punch 8-1/2 x 11" paper with allowance for ½" tab extension. All outside corners should be rounded, ¼' radius. FIXED PRICE-INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT: AWARD WILL BE BASED ON THE LARGEST QUANTITY OF Confidential EZ Lock Binder FOR $231,400. POTENTIAL VENDORS MUST SUBMIT THE FIXED PRICE OF $231,400 PLUS THE QUANTITY THEY WILL PRODUCE FOR THE FIXED PRICE. IN THE EVENT OF A TIE QUANTITY, THE AWARD WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE OVERALL LOWEST DISCOUNTED COST. ADDITIONALLY, A COST MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH ADDITIONAL (each, 100, or 1,000) COPIES. **This is a fixed cost contract. If author's alterations are made during the proofing stage, the total quantity may be reduced in accordance with the contractor's quoted additional rate to offset the cost of the author's alterations.
