ID03150048 NGIC Bridge Exception to Fair Opportunity 23June16 V2 redacted In accordance with FAR 16.505, the attached exception to fair opportunity is hereby posted. Two additional one month option periods (July 1, 2016 - July 31, 2016 and August 1, 2016 - August 31, 2016) consisting of Transition Out Support (Optional Task) only. A Transition Out Support (Optional Task) CLIN was included in the Base Period (September 1, 2015 - April 30, 2016), Option Period 1 (May 1, 2016 - May 31, 2016) and Option Period 2 (June 1, 2016 - June 30, 2016); however, due to delays in the procurement process, was not necessary and was not exercised. GSA's acquisition strategy is to competitively source this requirement to the Pool 1 contract holders of either the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) IDIQ or OASIS Small Business (SB) IDIQ contract.
