- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The National Park Service, South Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a solicitation to restore/treat various art collection pieces for Cumberland Island National Seashore located in Saint Marys GA on or about July 11, 2016. SOLICITATION NUMBER: P16PS01922. A detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be provided with the solicitation documents. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 711510. The small business standard is $7.5M. INSPECTION: Only (1) condition inspection is scheduled for this project on July 26, 2016 at 10:30am (ET) at the Cumberland Island National Seashore in Saint Marys, GA 31558. Details will be provided with the solicitation. Any questions must be received via email by 10:00am (ET) on July 28, 2016 to Mary_Stefanos@nps.gov. TYPE OF CONTRACT: A firm-fixed-price order(s) is expected to be awarded towards the middle of August 2016. It is possible that more than one order may be awarded if no offerors can work on all items. Note: Service Contract Act prevailing wages for the awardee ¿s location(s) will apply. The Government will ideally award (1) one order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The solicitation will be posted on FBO.gov (Federal Business Opportunities) on or about July 11, 2016. This date is subject to change. Hard copy documents including drawings will not be available but all available documents will be posted for download. Offers will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of solicitation unless extended by amendment. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. No phone calls please.
