West: South Crater Road from Wagner Road to Sycamore Street, Sycamore Street from South Crater Road to Wythe Street, Wythe Street West from Sycamore Street to Market Street, and Market Street from Wythe Street to Appomattox River. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):8,000 Maximum Sq. Ft.
