- U.S. Government United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Expression of Interest Sought - Notice of Intent for Full and Open Competition Lease State: North Dakota City: New Rockford Delineated Area : North: 20th Street NE East: 69th Avenue NE to 18th Street NE to 67the Avenue NE South: 17th Street NE West: 15th 13th Street South to 67th Avenue NE A detailed map of the delineated area boundaries is available by contacting the individual listed below. Requirements: Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,100 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): Not to exceed 4,270 Space Type: Office Space Parking Spaces (Total): 28 on-site paved parking spaces Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: n/a Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: TBD Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Other applicable requirements include: - Parking - 28 on-site paved parking spaces in a lot under Lessor's control that allow for pull thru trailer parking - Preference will be given to first floor space contiguous - Specific Information Technology requirements - Specific Security requirements EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1.
