Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release Requests for Information (RFI). This RFI is intended to be SDVOSB Set-Aside for Exterior Signage procurement and installation to be performed at the Kansas City VA Medical Center. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFI is 339950-Sign Manufacturing, with a business size standard of 500 Employees. All RFI details, to include full specifications will be included in the RFI and attached Statement of Work, which will be released on or about July 06, 2016. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFI should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quotes will be July 13, 2016, 11:00 am EST. RFI response shall be submitted via email referencing the RFI number VA255-16-N-0653 in the subject line to emilio.ballentos@va.gov All amendments and any other information pertaining to this Request for Information, and answers to the submitted questions will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award. In addition, FAR 4.11 states that prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database prior to award of a contract.
