- Quality Control Plan - Fence Construction Fence Plan Map and Location Map Fence Design Sheet NRCS General Specification - Fence (382) Statement of Work - Fence Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Bids are requested under Solicitation #AG-4D90-S-16-0031 for construction of approximately 2,855 feet of new fencing in Van Zandt County, Texas. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Solicitation, Statement of Work, all attached Specifications and the Quality Control Plan. The North American Classification Code is 238910. Work will begin as outlined in the solicitation. Submit all requested information to Chanda Sow, via regular mail, e-mail or fax. All quotes must be received the closing date and time regardless of the method of delivery. The physical address is: Federal Building, Room 522, 200 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215-2418. The e-mail address is: Chanda.Sow@wdc.usda.gov. No quotes shall be submitted to the Texas Office. Please address all questions regarding this solicitation to Chanda Sow at 614-255-2496. All Contractors must provide their DUNS # and Taxpayer Identification # in Section B of the solicitation. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAMS) at www.sam.gov. An offeror not registered in SAMS is ineligible for contract award. A site showing will be conducted on July 13, 2016 at 9:00 am in Canton, Texas. See SF-1442 and solicitation for address. All bids are due by August 8, 2016, 5:30 p.m. EST. This requirement is set aside for small businesses.
