- Sources Sought-Mini-Swine *****MARKET RESEARCH ONLY***** This is a sources sought synopsis only, (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5). The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources to provide Sinclair Mini-Swine (see attached sources sought package). Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) company name (b) address, (c) point of contact, (d) "number of employees" as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 19.101 and (e) the number of employees as defined by the FAR part 19 (f) Business size. All prospective offerors who may be interested in participating in a future procurement for this requirement should respond to this Source Sought Notice by responding in FBO's electronic system or by contacting 1Lt Jon Espinoza at jon.espinoza.4@us.af.mil by the above listed response date.
