- Description of Work Gavin's Point Station Service Upgrade and Transformer Replacement The proposed plans and specifications for this job shall cover the work necessary by the contractor for designing, manufacturing, shipping, and delivering to site the 480 V Station Service Switchgear and Station Service Transformers at the Gavin's Point Dam powerhouse. Also includes installation, commissioning, testing, and preparing for operation the 480 V switchgear and station service transformers. Will also conduct equipment model validation tests and prepare test reports suitable for use by the Corps.
