Description
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking sources for the maintenance and enhancement of existing analytical capabilities of Spectrum Technology Testbed Initiative (STTI) modeling and simulation software. STTI is the DoD spectrum modeling and simulation software tool used by the DSO applied engineering division, spectrum operations branch, and Strategic Planning Office (SPO) to perform spectrum engineering analysis of DoD Spectrum Dependent Systems (SDS). STTI provides the ability to realistically emulate the electromagnetic battlefield environment and simulation-based analysis capability that enables timely evaluation of the operational implications of transitioning relocated spectrum dependent systems (SDS) into other frequency bands. STTI's multiple analytical functions support the modeling of emerging spectrum management concepts, techniques, and technologies. STTI capabilities include: •· Detailed radar analysis •· Harmonic and Intermodulation analysis •· Detailed Interference analysis •· Communications (SDS systems) coverage (Geographical Area) analysis and visualization •· RF (Radio Frequency) system parametric analysis •· Relocation studies of SDS systems. •· Operational Spectrum Supportability Risk Assessment (SSRAs) analysis •· Scenario modeling (Time based Scenarios) analysis •· Satellite orbit modeling to simulate the performance of space based transmitters, receivers and their antennas •· Communications Link analysis This project addresses all aspects of the software development lifecycle, operations and maintenance, training, stakeholder collaboration, systems security, and data.
