- Solicitation Question Form for Industry PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE NAWC-AD will be holding a Pre-Solicitation Conference for this requirement on Tuesday, 19 July 2016 between 0800 and 1200 EST at the Southern Maryland Higher Learning Center located at 44219 Airport Road, California, Maryland. Attendee sign-in will begin at 0740 EST. Attendance is limited to a maximum of three(3)individual participants per company. No Foreign National Representatives will be able to participate in this Conference. Please submit the names, email addresses and phone numbers of the representatives who will be attending no later than 1200 EST on 15 July 2016. Attendance is voluntary, but highly encouraged. Section L Attachment L-9 Solicitation Question Form is attached to be submitted with your comments and/or questions. The Government anticipates answering written questions received up until 15 July, as time permits, at the Pre-Solicitation Conference. The Pre-Solicitation Conference briefing slides along with the attendee list will be posted to FBO subsequent to the 19 July Conference.
