Description

Pre-solicitation notice for WARN Winch Modification The Government intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract for modification of 32 Warn Industries Series 18, Severe Duty Winches to WARN Industries Inc., 12900 SE Capps Rd. Clackamas, OR, 97015-8903, CAGE Code 27646. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). All interested sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency. The requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis, solicitation W911N2-16-T-0049 date: O/A 29 June 2016, Closing date: O/A 05 July 2016. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
