- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Missouri City: Springfield Delineated Area: City limits of Springfield, MO Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): [...20,200... ] Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): [...21,000... ] Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 84 Parking Spaces (Surface): 84] Parking Spaces (Structured): [...... ] Parking Spaces (Reserved): 84 Full Term: 10 yrs Firm Term: 7 yrs Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •· 1 st floor preferred; if higher 2 working elevators are required. •· Columns should be no more than 20 ft center to center or wall and no more than 2 ft square. •· Space must be contiguous with no separating corridors. •· Space must be convenient to the visiting public and accessible to the Government at all times. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
