Description

Issue Date: June 27, 2016 Response Date: June 30, 2016 Solicitation Number: VA101-16-AP-0203 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Acquisition Business Services (ABS) intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Chesapeake Health Education Program Inc. (CHEP) 82 H, 1st Floor, Perry Point, MD 21902. The Office of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) will be attending the 18th Annual Federal Workers' Compensation Conference sponsored by CHEP on July 26-28, 2016 in Phoenix, AZ. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
