Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Lakewood, Colorado that will be expiring on 9/30/2017. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. State: Colorado City: Lakewood Delineated Area: Entirety of Lakewood, CO Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 35,646.70 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 40,953.00 Space Type: General office space Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Secure): 0 Additional Parking Spaces: Full Term: 4 Years Firm Term: 2 Years Additional Requirements: The offered space and all parking must be accessible in compliance with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS) and all fire and life safety requirements. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain, unless an exception is granted based on agency mission critical need. Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. Expressions of interest that do not include all of the following information will be ineligible and will not be considered: •1. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost.
