- Sole-Source Justification The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Index Engines, 960 Holmdel Road, Homdel, NJ 07733.The contractor shall provide PBGC Index Engine Annual Maintenance renewal, Part Number, QM01-MNT for a quantity of 500 M Object Licenses for One year. The Period of Performance shall be October 1, 2016 - September 30, 2017. This is not a request for proposals; however, an interested party may e-mail a written capability statement with sufficient experience for these required services, which shall not exceed three (3) pages in length. Interested parties may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency via email to Miller.Mark@pbgc.gov no later than 11:00 AM EDT on June 30, 2016. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued.
