- MARKET SURVEY: Aircraft Cabin Research Facility (ACRF) Annual Maintenance Annual preventative maintenance for the FAA s Aircraft Cabin Research Facility (ACRF), at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This market survey is for a contract for annual preventative maintenance to support the Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI) Aircraft Cabin Research Facility (ACRF) for AAM-600 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) located at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The contractor must conduct scheduled and unscheduled annual maintenance in accordance with manufacturing specifications and statement of work to include quarterly service visits for the ACRF used by CAMI for Aeromedical research. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this market survey. Therefore any cost associated with a market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor s expense. The FAA intends to award on a single source basis with Newton Design LLC, Catoosa, Oklahoma, as they are the only known source, are the OEM, and hold the proprietary rights and the technical documentation. It is anticipated the resultant contract will contain a one-year base period with four additional one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the FAA. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from all businesses that are interested in and capable of providing these repairs. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: NAICSSize Standard 488190$32.5M In order to make the determination the FAA requires the following information from interested vendors: Capability Statement This document shall identify: 1.Proof of access to Newton Design LLC s technical drawings, specifications, and service data in order to furnish all required labor, travel, tools, and materials/parts costs necessary for a qualified technician to conduct a detailed inspection, perform all necessary adjustments, replace parts, and lubricate any critical function areas of the ACRF. 2.Ability to provide, on an annual basis, quarterly maintenance service visits (one [1] per quarter; four [4] annually). 3.Ability to provide, if required, up to four (4) unscheduled (emergency) service visits annually. 4.Ability to provide unlimited engineering and software support. Interested firms are required to submit a Business Declaration form (provided upon request) and a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. The FAA reserves the right to review and verify each offeror's program eligibility.
